Missing People Charity Auction Guide

Every year Missing People hold a fundraising auction to support their work. This year, to launch their Home For Christmas appeal, instead of just presenting the charity auction lots in a booklet they wanted to do something a bit different, creating a scroll which could be secured using one of the charity's wristbands.

Having previously worked on some promotional material for Missing People, they approached me to create the document which would be used to showcase the 35 lots for the live and silent auction parts of the event.

For an item that's only got a limit used on the night of the auction itself, it was really important to ensure the production and print was cost effective and I was able to advise of ways to make sure that would be the case without compromising on quality.

Design

I needed someone I could trust to create an auction guide for a major donor fundraising dinner so contacted Lee following a recommendation from a colleague who had recently worked with him. The process was a pleasure from start to finish, with Lee immediately understanding my requirements. His work was excellent and he had a great attention to detail. Timing was critical and Lee kept on schedule. His quote was also very reasonable. I look forward to working with him again and am happy to add my own recommendation for his design skills and professional, friendly manner.
